This is the sencha used on Japan's first cruise train, the Seven Stars in Kyushu.
This is a blend of tea from flat areas that has been exposed to plenty of sunlight and has a rich, aromatic flavor, and tea from mountain areas that has been covered for a short period of time and has a mellow, aromatic flavor.
