This Tea used on the JR Kyushu Cruise Train "Seven Stars in Kyushu"
The sencha tea used on Japan's first cruise train, Seven Stars in Kyushu, has now been made into a convenient powder form that can be dissolved in hot water and drunk, or sprinkled on food. This is a blend of tea from flat areas that has been exposed to plenty of sunlight and has a rich, aromatic flavor, and tea from mountain areas that has been covered for a short period of time and has a mellow, aromatic flavor.
